Charity Robinson is the licensed medical recruiter for Express’ Specialized Recruiting Group. Charity brings over five years experience of medical staffing both contract and search. She specializes in many aspects of medical staffing from LPNs, RNs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, Counselors, allied health occupations, and more.
Charity loves directly affecting the lives of others by providing high level, skilled medical professionals to some of the top hospitals and clinics in Northeast Oklahoma. Charity holds her bachelors degree in business administration from Southwest Missouri State University.
Dixie Horton

Dixie Horton has been with Express’ Specialized Recruiting Group since 2007. She focuses on professional level positions primarily in engineering, oil and gas/energy, aerospace, and supply chain management. Her passion is matching the background, personality, and goals of the candidate with the right top-tier company that can fully utilize, challenge, and profit them.
Dixie was the #1 direct hire recruiter for Express in 2008 and has her bachelor of science in business administration and marketing from Oklahoma State University.
Andra Nelson

Andra Nelson has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2004. She has had the opportunity to work in several areas, including front office coordinator, staffing consultant, director of recruiting and retention, and, for the last few years, director of the Specialized Recruiting Group for Tulsa and surrounding areas. Andra also is a generalist recruiter. She loves the challenge of matching candidates with client companies. Andra focuses on recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals, placing both contract and search positions. Andra has a bachelors degree in business and a masters in human relations from the University of Oklahoma.
